				| Hey Eddie I forgot to mention to you that you have a neat testimony concerning running and losing weight. You are a blessing to may people who are overweight and need to be encouraged and know somebody personally who lost a lot of weight. |

Congratulations on your interview. I am encouraged that you have stuck with your program. I have been up and down with my weight so many times I feel like a yoyo |

Thank you! That is a problem. I am working on another book dealing with maintenance among some other things called "Directing My Paths." I hope it will help folks who lose weight and don't know what to do afterwards. Just like John 3:16 "bottom lines" the Bible, this statement "bottom lines" my message: eat healthy and exercise. That's it in a nutshell. But, like the Bible, there is so much more detail to that, I feel like I need to share what I know to help a few folks. |
