You will find in most cases it is financial, from my experience from years ago. It is very expensive, and most of our ministers pastor churches that cannot pay the pastors way. And in many cases they would, but then the pastor would have to work doubly hard to raise the money, used on him, to continue to pay bills back home. Sort of a two edged sword.
Most ministers that can afford it, go!
