For any of you from North Carolina or who attended East Coast Bible College and haven't heard, Eddy Wilson passed away yesterday from several health problems. Eddy was instructor at ECBC when I was there (40 years ago!) as well as until the college closed in '99. He was also a fixture at NC Campmeetings, state events, and the General Assembly if I am not mistaken. He has been recognized on Facebook as an extraordinary musician, composer, arranger, not to mention a person who honored Christ in all he did (though still known for throwing an eraser at someone not paying attention in class,) as well as a beloved friend. He taught me both voice and piano all those years ago, and I've always thought very highly of him.
Eddy's service will be live streamed Sunday (July 26) at 4:00 pm at www.Kcog.org as well as their Facebook page (Kannapolis "West A St"Church of God)
