Post What happens if COG ministry leaders participate in the Women's March? aprilmay2.0
You guys said it was slow on here so maybe this will speed things up. I've seen on FAcebook reports of Pastors and educational professors participating in the recent march. What if COG pastors or Lee professors participated? Does the political view of some COG leaders have any impact on their licensing or employment? Friendly Face

The partisanship of ones peers would have a bearing on this if they lack respect for others opinions. Hon. Dr. in Acts-celeratology

Depends on what they are marching for.

If they have a big pro abortion sign - and you got a picture - they should be terminated.

If they have a sign that says "women are great"...what's the problem?

The WHOLE point. Plus, we all have opinions. You need to know the deep seated reason for an opinion opposite yours.

I know men who would 'disfellowship' (if they could) any one who did not agree with them.
BUT NBF has it....... "the reason they are marching???" Shocked

What happens is people make excuses for them and bury their heads in the sand. The marches organizers were 100% pro-abortion. The few times the spoke about about anything else it was "my body" or "women's healthcare", both code for abortion. The organizers and most anyone involved openly stated that pro-life women were not welcome (obviously because they were enslaved by religious men).

From the LA Times and several other sites. It was the general tone set by the discussion boards and organizers. Here's a quote out of The LA Times

.... The ruckus began when the Atlantic reported Monday that the march organizers had recognized the New Wave Feminists, a Dallas-based antiabortion group, as one of hundreds of official partners. Hours later, the organizers issued a statement apologizing for “this error” and dropped the group from the list.

“The Women’s March platform is pro-choice and that has been our stance from day one,” the statement said.

I would like to know how many of them have a real job and how many were marching because they were getting paid by George Soros or the democrat party.

As most of you can tell, I am pro working at a real job. Laughing Laughing Laughing (None of the slacker business for me).

The New Wave Feminists were allowed to march but they were not allowed to be a sponsor (partner) with the March, which was decidedly pro-choice. The pro-life group was not welcomed, but apparently they were not prohibited from marching.

The message is the same, what we all heard from this march "Hands off 'my body'"( we like killing babies), womens' rights (right to kill, the only right that seperates men and women in America, and the right is on the side of the women), "women's healthcare" (means free birth-control and funding Planned Parenthood). There was ZERO press of anything else, unless it was the silly "not my president" crowd which translates to "All of the above"

Students For Life of America carried a banner at the front of the march which said "Abortion Betrays Women."

perhaps they can articulate the so-called "rights" that American men enjoy that women don't. All I can think of is the one that says men have the right to get their baby murdered by the woman whenever the woman feels like it. Any others I'm forgetting? Golf Cart Mafia Consigliere
