 Would you smoke medical marijuana... |

If you had a condition whose symptoms could be alleviated via the use of legally gown, prescribed, and taxed marijuana?
Despite the stigma, would you bogart a doobie?
I asked one pastor this and his response made me smile. He said, "No way. The overseer might think I was smoking cigarettes."
So whatcha say?
Would you burn one if the doctor says it will help you?

As to the question, absolutely I would, although I'd much prefer a version of the medicine that I didn't have to smoke. Smoking is nasty no matter what in my humble opinion. |

| Dave Dorsey makes an interesting point when he mentions that he'd prefer the pill form because smoking is nasty. (I agree) The issue is, if a doctor prescribed it in pill form, the overwhelming majority in the COG would have no problem at all, but if they prescribed for you to fire one up, they would scream from the mountain tops. Kind of hypocritical if you ask me. |

If it was legal, then there is no reason to not utilize anything that helps someone. They do make edibles now. The only reason it's not legal is because Big Pharmaceutical companies can not patent it because it's a natural substance and as such is not subject to patent laws.
