NASA Has been warned about spreading that fact. The president and Al Gore says they are melting. Their mind is made up, do not confuse the issue with facts.

The ice is up 5% since 1979, the article said. Does the US need to invest in some coal-burning factories to help combat oceans receding?

I read another story that it is to be expected the polar ice caps will be thicker if the earth is warming.
Moral of the story: No matter what the data shows - and no matter what you said 6 months earlier - whatever I say now MEANS the earth is warming. You should not lose confidence in what you are told just because it is the exact opposite of what I said was scientific fact last year.
As the President said: "The debate is over"!
It's over - and if you will send trillions of dollars to companies that Al Gore owns, we will say the U S is doing their part to pay for their damage to the earth - until we up that ante the next year.
