I would feel way better about FOX if they claimed to be the conservative alternative instead of fair and balanced. Just say who you are. It’s no problem. Acts-pert Poster

That's funny, I guess it depends on how far to the left you are of most conservatives. I feel like they lean center while several of their most prominent anchors (Shep Smith and Chris Wallace for example, lean just left of center, not to mention solid-left regulars like Juan Williams). So yes, overall, they have FAR more center leanings than CNN or any of the other "major" (failing) outlets, who's token conservatives have none of their own shows at all. Golf Cart Mafia Consigliere

They are slowly migrating towards the center. CNN is moving left all the time. Acts-perienced Poster

Fox news is not conservative anymore. Not sure what station you were actually watching. They have some conservative commentators that are very popular, but the news is more Donna Brazile and Juan Williams than conservative. I wish they would go back to balanced.

We only watch ANY TV news if we are eating out and it is on a TV you cannot avoid. Most of the time I have no idea which network it is, but most I see is NOT conservative. We are fortunate, our TV is on less than an hour or two a year. And that was back when my Sister used to call and tell us to turn on the TV some disaster or catastrophe had happened. One I remember was when Columbia was lost.

Does any Christian network (?) have news now days? I just remember lots of folks 'poked fun' at old whats his name out of Norfolk. Embarassed

In the same like manner why don't CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS & NBC along with MTV, VH1 & a few others just admit that they're one sided in the favor of any hard core leaning liberal & that they'll never actually ever give any conservative decent coverage w/out biased abuse?

I haven’t watched FOX since before the election when they were in the tank for Trump. Maybe they have changed. You tell me.

I think FNC's hard news folks (Bret Baier, Martha MacCullum, Chris Wallace, Brit Hume when he was around) are about as good as television news gets. They're definitely fair and balanced and I enjoy watching them.

The rest of that network might as well be the state television, though. It is just awful beyond description.

I assume you would say the same or worse about 99% of CNN/MSNBC/CBS/NPR, they are just confused as to who is still running the country (or maybe they are not since their side gets all the court decisions on how this country will be ran rather than the elected President). And since they account for the vast majority of news outlets, I'm sure you appreciate that a single outlet has at least some opposition to the majority of true Statists (those who desire to give all power to the state over the people through taxation, regulation, suppression of rights, etc..)

Because they don’t proclaim “fair and balanced.”

I agree with that. I also like Kennedy and Kay Timpf for entertainment. I love Dana Perino for her insight. But, like I said, I don’t watch the network just follow them on social media.

Oh yeah, Dana Perino is great. Have appreciated her since she was a press secretary for GWB. Between her, Tony Snow, and Ari Fleischer, GWB had some of the best. This was back in the halcyon days when White House press secretaries actually held press briefings.

Not gonna lie, I like me some Greg Gutfield too, but I'm not proud of it haha.

I used to think they were. But the reporting on Trump has been a master seminar in just how pitiful the rest of the press is.

He can't do ANYTHING right according to them. If his 2nd cousin's best friend's nephew kills someone...it's linked to Trump (so to speak). Ivanka has a "awkward" moment, IT MUST BE REPORTED.

When the press lost their best opportunity (Mueller) to take out Trump, they continued the onslaught to ensure death by a thousand cuts.

I mean, all you have to do is check out the Huffington Post and you'll see that if Trump says 2 + 2 is 4, they'll claim he is cheating.

The NYT, my favorite paper, can't find a good thing to say about Trump, it seems. If he doesn't engage North Korea, he is allowing a dangerous tyrant to run rampant. If he does engage NK, he is being friendly with a dangerous tyrant.

You cannot trust ANYONE, it seems.

Here's the deal, if anyone is reporting on Trump, it is almost certainly FAKE NEWS. And I mean that for good news AND bad news. One side acts like he can do no wrong, the other acts like he can do no right.

We all know the truth is more nuanced than that.

I still believe Fox is the most fair and balanced, as they regularly call Trump to task - during the NEWS segments. And the news folks host all the democrats that want to come on their show...usually lobbing them Donna Brazile softball questions - which always ticks Trump off.

Now Hannity - he is the Trump News Network for sure. But his show is labeled as commentary - not news. Ingraham - definitely Trump colored glasses but not as bad as Hannity - but she is also commentary.

Post Piers Morgan is the best, in my opinion. Aaron Scott
I certainly don't agree with his stance on guns, but he plays fairest with Trump, I think. At times, he will take Trump to task...at others he will hit back at the people who are charging Trump improperly...at other times he will point out the good things Trump has done.

It's a shame that it takes a British newscaster to do what should be the job of Americans.

And Doocy. He was the main one that caused me to quit watching. I was a faithful Fox and Friends fan but he was all up Trump’s hind end during the primaries and I was done. Still am.

Like I said - balanced. They have a few guys that show up on the news that lean Trump - but they also have several that don't.

I just don't see that on CNN or MSNBC or CBS or NBC or ABC or NPR.
