It's not the spirit of anti-nationalism or anti-borderism or anti-inclusivism, it's the spirit of anti-CHRIST.
Sometimes I wonder if folks even care what the Bible actually says about this stuff. Is it easier and more convenient just to make it up as we go?
Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son. 1 Jn 2:22
By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God; and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God; this is the spirit of the antichrist, of which you have heard that it is coming, and now it is already in the world.1 Jn 4:2,3
For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist. 2 Jn 1:7
You should write a book - Antichrist Decoded. I'm sorry to say, it would sell like hotcakes.

Brad, I am going to respond kinder than your post demands, but mainly because I feel sorry for you.
During the tribulation period an individual, the antichrist, will attempt to impose a one-world government, one-world monetary system and a one-world religion.
Prior to that, there is a spirit(s) that is behind the forces that are paving the way for that individual. Of course, they do not acknowledge the facts of Jesus, as stated in the verses that you quoted.
What I have labeled as some of the "buzz words" are actually politically acceptable ways of disguising the real intent of the spiritual movement taking place behind the scenes.
When we hear these supposed political items being discussed in the public forum, it is an indicator of the reality that the end times are unfolding exactly as the Bible said they would. |
