Unless someone brings these cases to court, the rights of millions to hear the gospel will be swept away. I applaud his ministry for taking legal action, not for the sake of the ministry itself as much as for the sake of those who have not heard. Golf Cart Mafia Consigliere

It will be interesting to see how these cases turn out. Assuming he is seeking to speak in public areas, these cases would be easy decisions in the US. However, the UK has a much more restrictive view of speech. It is not at all atypical for people to be banned or arrested in the UK for expressing "hateful" views. [Insert Acts Pun Here]

I wonder if the church of England have any very out spoken clergy on the subject of marriage, since they also believe in the man/woman union only? If so have they been arrested for 'hateful speech'?

I may search that in the morrow. Idea
