Seriously, can Cruz beat Hillary? |
Cojak |
I wonder this. I am not sure. My primary vote is up in the air.
And honestly is there a real problem with his citizenship and qualifying a question?
I don't need an I love Cruz speech, I mean reality. _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!

1. He's leading her in the polls and Trump is not
2. He doesn't give her the 1000 points of attack that Trump does (like his crass remarks about women, his body-part, and a thousand other rude and offensive things that make him look as presidential as Dawg the Bounty Hunter.
3. He doesn't give her the opportunity to produce his checks written to her campaigns
4. He will keep her on the issues which she loses
5. He will go after her on her many legal problems better than Trump can (remember this is an accomplished Constitutional lawyer who has won case after case at the Supreme Court)
As for the eligibility issue, again he's the the most successful conservative constitutional lawyer that has ran in years (maybe ever), and knows the Constitution better than most judges. However, eligibility is an easy thing to understand.
On what basis did he obtain his citizenship? Was it on the basis of birth or of some other naturalization process? It is literally that easy. He's already won the Illinois lawsuit, it was tossed out by a judge IN ILLINOIS Its only muddy when Trumpers do their thing, which holds no water. |

A liberal judge will declare him ineligible after he has won the nomination, and about 2 weeks before the election. Hillary wins. In Feb 2017 the SCOTUS throws out the case and declares him eligible, too little too late. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

Give me one example of that happening. You can't. There are scores of cases where that was attempted for many candidates over the years and they are all dismissed. Mostly because of "standing" (the plaintiff must be able to demonstrate immediate loss, in this case it would have to be another candidate). A few that actually had standing (other contestants such as Alan Keys), several on the same grounds such as Obama being born to only one American Citizen, tossed out, or McCain being born outside of the states, tossed out. Besides that, the candidate can't be removed from the ballots without due process which will not suspend the race but it would be extremely unlikely that any judge would even consider it. Most plaintiffs have been counter-sued successfully for wasting the time of the courts so it ends up being pretty costly to even attempt it. |

As far as to "reality," sorry, Cojak, I can't help you there. Apparently my reality is different from that of my fellow citizens. I remember when I first heard the name Barack Obama. I thought people would dismiss him even without knowing him just because his name sounded Muslim. Ha! Little did I know. I thought Romney would squeak in over Obama the second time he ran. I thought no one would take Trump seriously.
I'm probably not the one to ask, lol! |

You underestimate the ideological bent of Federal Judges. This is war. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

They had the same opportunity with McCain, it didn't come close. Lawyers can lose their license for bringing lawsuits like that with no merit, its a fantasy. It was for the sad Obama birthers and it is for the anti-Cruz's. I for one, as much as I hoped it would work, never believed in the birther issue because his mother was an American citizen and he didn't have to go through any naturalization process other than his birth. |

That's because McCain was a NWO hack like Obama who had accepted his role as GOP sacrificial lamb. Cruz is a true patriot. Big difference.
Naïve Christians who don't understand the NWO and the war being fought against them! UUGGH! _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

Well the other tinfoil-hat sights call Cruz the king of the NWO. I thought it was these guys though, and how can you beat Hollywood Hogan and his posse??

We are running on the same track. You stated my thinking and history. I am sure our votes in the Florida primary will not shift the load, but for one I would like to vote for a winner and a good guy at the same time. We now have 4 days left to decide. _________________ Some facts but mostly just my opinion!

I agree with you on this. Activist judges are the last line of defense for liberals who can't get past the people. _________________ The World As I See It
