For a few years, COG preachers and laity were ripped off by a former employee of COG HQ and specifically with General Assembly Hotels.

Here's my 2 questions:
1. Do we know how much the actual dollar amount of theft occurred?
2. What's different now about the process now to prevent it from occurring again?

Welcome home.

As a followup - has an accounting been made about how much the COG has been reimbursed for the $900,000+(that we know of) that was stolen.

I believe they said they would get some of it back through insurance as well, and I believe an accounting was promised. Has it been reported?

I think the perpetrator is only on the hook for 100 grand or so.

I'm hearing that it is more than $900,000. Any truth to that?
