Belieber told another (presumably male) poster to take medicine for menstrual cramps in the thread about the Metro pastor.
I guess the going thing now (which I see sometimes in comments on secular sites, but never before on Acts) is to insult a man by suggesting he is suffering from a woman's hormonal cycle. This is actually insulting to both men and women. Women sometimes have their feelings attributed to hormones as a way to dismiss their concerns.
The other thing is that women who do suffer from premenstrual syndrome actually become less irritable when their periods start. That is why it is called PREmenstrual syndrome.

But it didn't shock me coming from Belieber based on the situation we were discussing. Birds of a feather...or in this case Rednecks.
