Thinking about a new pad |
roughridercog |
My IPad is so old it won't update to the newest operating system. I'm in the market for a new pad. What are your recommendations? Chrome Book? iPad? Amazon?
What are the pros and cons? _________________ Doctor of Bovinamodulation |

I really hate the idea of the price of a new iPad _________________ Doctor of Bovinamodulation |

If it's used for public speaking, then an ipad.
If it's used for note taking or research, then a windows laptop.
In many ways a windows computer will do what a Chrome book will do, but a Chromebook won't do what a Windows does. |

I also have an iPad that won’t update to the latest iOS. Too bad cause that’s what I do 95% of my computing on. Since Word no longer works on my iPad I’ve started using my laptop again.
My i7 laptop is not exactly a powerhouse but it gets the job done. I just prefer the simplicity of the iPad for the things I need to do.
I also have a new i10 rocket ship desktop that I use for video editing and other demanding tasks but if I had a new iPad I’d still rather use that. _________________ “Hell will be filled with people that didn’t cuss, didn’t drink, and may even have been baptized.
