Speaking as a car salesman.
That is a very good deal. _________________ Recorded Sermons @ www.pastorwiley.com

Thanks pastor. I cannot go see it until Wednesday and will be shocked if someone has not taken it by then. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

Sounds pretty good res. the trade in value is from 7500 to 8900. That mileage is about right for that year |

After dealing in cars both wholesale & private sales that is a screaming deal - is it a salvaged title? _________________ "Empty nest syndrome is for the birds!"

I test drove her Monday. After researching more, I could not figure out why the price was so low. Something did not feel right. She was being sold by a dealership that markets only "off lease" vehicles. In one way that seemed like a plus since lease vehicles are maintained well usually.
As the salesman handed me the keys for the test drive, he informed me that the radio did not work.
Strike one.
As I sped down the highway, I began to hear a roaring noise coming from the front axle area. It was the distinctive sound of bearings that needed to be replaced.
Strike two.
However, I drove her to a mechanic. After an hour of thorough investigation (on the road, under the hood, up on the grease rack. computer diagnostic), the mechanic told me that even with bad bearings and no radio, that car was a steal. There was absolutely nothing else wrong with it.
I drove her home today. When I went to pick her up, it seemed like I noticed some minor scratches on the paint and a ball point pen mark on a back seat I had not noticed before, but nothing major. I also decided to add a warranty.
Thanks to all for the input. _________________ "It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves UPCI |

You can easily get your money back with a tidy profit if you want to flip the car.
The dealer may have had a bank notice that required the car be sold as is and with minor mark up adjustments, it happens. There are all kinds of legal wrangling that get attached to dealers who buy in bulk lease lots. They may have bought a group of contracts that had a stipulation in it - either way you needed up blessed. Fix the bearings & slap a $100 stereo in there & enjoy the ride or flip for cash.
Just did a quick check here and the lowest price was $13K and highest was $18K all in your model & 2013. You're sitting very right side up
