David Wilkerson did NOT give such prophecy in 1986 or any other time. Some SA mission fabricated it based on his sermons and posted on social media. They have apologized since it went viral...

Dr. Mike Evans of the Jerusalem Prayer Team sent out an email this week with the prophecy he says Wilkerson gave to HIM in Dallas at the Embassy Suites in 1986. I know Evans and find him an honorable man.

He also said he saw demons manipulating everyone at a Mylon LeFevre concert and that anyone who listened to "Christian Rock" was in danger of demon possession. (don't get me wrong, he was a great minister, I love his accomplishments with Teen Challenge, but his "prophesies" should be taken with a grain of salt). I am also skeptical as to whether he actually said this, it would need a dated reference to prove in my opinion.

A quote from a book(s) or sermon with date and place etc. You would think with so many now quoting this on Facebook and elsewhere, the reference would have been given. But Of course that hasn't stopped people in the past...

Here it is.
This came to me from Mike Evan's of the Jerusalem Prayer Team. He is also an AG evangelist. We support him monthly as a missionary.

Dear....

God has given me a word that has shaken me to my knees.

As I was working on this revelation that God put in my heart, I picked up an old Bible, and a handwritten note fell out. It was from a meeting I had with Dr. David Wilkerson at the Embassy Suites near the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport on a Tuesday in 1986 when we were having breakfast. The letter he wrote was addressed to Rev. Richard Dortch, who ran PTL under Jim Bakker.

It said, â€œWithin 12 months from the date of this letter, the judgment of God will fall on PTL. You are fornicating with brick and stone. Flee now and repent. Bats will fly through the empty building.â€

It was exactly 12 months to the day that the Charlotte Observer broke the PTL scandal story.

In that meeting in 1986, Dr. Wilkerson said something else to me:

I have met Mike Evans and cant believe he would lie. You are entitled to be skeptical I suppose but I'm not sure i am.

Dr.Acts - very much appreciate the deep attention to detail. I enjoyed reading several pages of the book you linked (sadly, that was all I have time for for now).

On a side note, that was such a squirrely time....

Then JS getting caught a second time. Benny Hinn helped restore JS but later called BH a heretic.
