Interesting video on InfoWars.com. They're claiming that the inconsistencies are so blatant that it was purposely released in a way that it would be considered fake.

If the original was unreadable in sections and letters were enhanced, then I don't have a problem with it. What they need to verify is if dates appear altered, or signatures added that didn't exist. I can't gather from this clip that it's a forgery.

Based on the clip, there is no issue for me. The allegations have to be better than simply touch up in differing places.
