With the exception of the pastor, aren't we all non-pulpit ministers?? What does 'minister at-large' even mean?? We are all supposed to be do ministry, so what, more specifically is a 'minister at-large'?

at least one that says "ministry leader" - such as elder, deacon, pastor's council, teacher, etc.
That's probably why the "interested lay person" is so high. |
