If you or I were even accused of such we would already be in jail. the democratic run justice dept puts politics first. What a shame we have become.

Using, processing and storing classified material was my subjects as an instructor. I never knew of anyone attempting to remove classified not declassify w/o authority.
Yes what was done on the private server would have gotten me jail time, at least 20 yrs. No it will not happen, it is ultimately up to the attorney General, she will follow Obama's directions. If Bernie would be a shew in, they would put her out to dry, but not jail. AS long as they need her to carry the banner, she is still Teflon.

| We go through ethics training every year, its mandated by the government. In that training it says that we are responsible for any email that contains anything that is classified and we even have to take tests on what is and what is not classified (hint, it doesn't matter what the subject line says). Are we to believe that level of ethical training would not be required by the Secretary of State? |
