 Don't Want Secular Christmas Music? Listen to This! (L) |

No sooner than the ole timer got through with his Thanksgivin meal, hey, I turned on the radio an half the stations I turned to was playin secular Christmas stuff. Can't stand it fellers. Just the thought of a whole month a listenin to how granny got run over by a raindeer, momma kissin Santa, Elvis singin Blue Christmas, an all such stuff makes the ole timer wanna sneak off to the Dark Side of the Moon. Or at least git on the other side of The Wall.

Ha! I just glanced at this post and thought, "In the OT (Old Testament) folks didn't have last names, and I can't think of one solitary soul in the Old Testament named Carlos!" |

I guess you could call this psychological profiling. One who was just an occasional hard rock listener would never have known who Carlos was in the text provided above nor would they be a fan to Pink Floyd to the point where they know who the current and past lead guitarist was.
I can say this with confidence because I've been there. |

so far a perfect 100. and when you add your astute ability to stir the pot then it raises your stock another point or two. I wonder if we're related?  |

Folk with MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder) are sometimes unaware they have alternate or additional personalities. The personality in control at any given moment is often totally oblivious to the fact that there are several other personalities that manifest themselves. Both Freudian and Jungian psychology suggests that there is no interaction among/between the personalities. With this in mind, C, you do know that OTCP, C6thplayer1, Miss Bonnie and Dave Dorsey are all one in the same person don't you? I aint told the other two yet, so they don't know. Don't tell em, OK?  |
