I think you missed the point of the video. You said the same thing about the FBI, as if someone gets what they deserve if they go after them. The creation of the FBI really required a Constitutional amendment and it should be dismantled.

Gingrich is a very intelligent guy. I really enjoy his interviews and positions. I also agree with his point in the video, there is a lot of Garbage. Sad

That's not the same as creating a unauthorized federal department.

But even the liberal Washington Post is not sure if Trump is actually violating the Emoluments Clause.
