How well is the new church planting program going? Are the Churches required to pay back monies given or loaned to them through the Church planting department? If it is a loan are we really mothering church plants or are we just bankrolling them? A mother does not say once you are 18 you owe $50,000 for the money I invested in you while you were growing up.
As a denomination we either birth children or we plant independent churches with a loan. ARK plants independent churches with a loan, because they do not get a TOT from that plant for eternity, but we do. I’m not hearing much about how well the planting department is working. Any feedback? |
